These Terms govern your use of StoryRush, provided by KCT Ecommerce Inc.. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet any applicable minimum age requirements. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Guest access may be device-dependent and may not be recoverable after deletion or reinstall unless it has been upgraded to a durable account.
Content access
StoryRush provides access to short dramas, episodes, and related materials. Some episodes are free and others require a valid entitlement obtained with virtual coins. Availability may vary by location, device, rights period, publication status, or technical conditions. Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and for non-commercial use.
Virtual coins and episode unlocks
Coins are a limited in-service license used only for eligible StoryRush features. They are not money, stored value, legal tender, or property; cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash; and have no value outside StoryRush. The server-displayed coin price controls an episode unlock. Unlocking deducts coins once and creates an account entitlement when processing succeeds.
Apple in-app purchases
Coin packages purchased in the iOS app are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Apple controls storefront pricing, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refund handling under Apple's applicable terms and policies. A coin purchase adds coins to your StoryRush balance after server verification; it does not directly unlock an episode. Do not attempt to reuse, forge, transfer, or manipulate purchase transactions.
Acceptable use
You must not copy, redistribute, record, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass StoryRush content protection, account controls, coin rules, publication controls, or security measures; misuse another person's account or entitlement; submit unlawful or harmful material; automate abusive requests; or use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
StoryRush, its software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to KCT Ecommerce Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party services
The Service relies on Apple, authentication providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may remove content when rights expire or legal, security, or operational reasons require it. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the Service and use the available account-deletion process.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties not expressly required by law. To that same extent, KCT Ecommerce Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms and will post the updated date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
